Painting project

A /PART/ of my painting project.
I cropped out the rest because ... I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMPOSITION. Really I was like ... i dont want to do the project .. I want to paint a Caravaggio .. so I painted a Caravaggio and then was like ... shit ... this does not relate to the project whatsoever ... so I added a few things that were supposed to be there, and then of course .. it made no logical sense and I got to hear that at critique.. but I love our new teacher because he said it was extremely well painted which made me feel happy and not so discouraged like last semester.

I need to work on composition.... like hell, I need to actually THINK before I'm just like ... yay paint XD
I think I'll do better next time, but I think I'm definately sticking to baroque style, figures and portraits until I graduate XD
(after I graduate I'm running off to join the Theater >DDDD)
